ASVAB Test Prep

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is the entrance test that must be taken by anyone interested in a military branch career (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines).

There are four main sections of the test that determine whether you may join a service branch. Your score will not only determine whether or not an offer to join is extended to you, but also the choice of positions that are offered to you, the higher your score, the more choices you will be given.

Two of the main sections of the ASVAB relate to mathematics: Arithmetic Reasoning and Mathematical Knowledge. The other two relate to determining your understanding of the English language: Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension.

I have been successful in helping every person that I have worked with into the service branch of their choice by increasing their ASVAB score. I typically focus on improving a student's score in the two mathematics sections of the test.

The fee for ASVAB Test Prep is lower, $30 per hour (unless you don't care, in which case the fee is the same as the general tutoring fee). If this fee is a concern, other arrangements can be made.
